Membership Recruitment

TFONSA has a table at Ruth Eckerd Hall. Volunteers are needed to help recruit new members before the concerts and at intermission. A complimentary ticket is given to each volunteer. Click on the link below to get the Guideline and Checklist for this position.

Ambassador

TFONSA members assist the TFO staff as Ambassadors before each concert. The Ambassadors greet the concert-goers and occasionally assist with accessing the programs through the QR code.

Instrument Petting Zoo

The Instrument Petting Zoo invites children 3 to 12 to try out child-size strings, woodwind, brass and percussion instruments before Family Concerts. NSA volunteers help the children hold and play the instruments. 

Fundraising

Bravura Brunch – May 3, 2025
Our exciting fundraiser is our annual Bravura Brunch which features a live auction, a silent auction, a gourmet brunch and fun surprises. Assistance is needed to organize and execute this event.

MEMBERSHIP VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Please see below for important ways to support the TFONSA. Volunteer
to be an Ambassador or a Table Recruiter during the 2025/2026 TFO
Season at Ruth Eckerd Hall. At this time we are asking you to pick no
more than 2 spots to ensure all our members have an opportunity. If
you are willing to take extra spots just let me know.

Eligibity:
Be a current member of TFONSA.

Responsibilities:
Table Recruiter: Wear your badge proudly, and answer questions from
people that come to the table and share the benefits of being a TFONSA
member and your positive experiences about TFONSA.
Ambassador: Wear your badge proudly, and greet people as they enter
the venue, answer any questions they may have, direct them to our
table to be introduced to our table recruiters.

You don’t need experience –  just enthusisam and passion. Prior to
your sessions, we will provide some training and walk you through what
to do and where to find things. For most of you you will be paired
with a person that has done it before.

  • Meet new individuals that share your same passion of music
  • Be introduced to members of staff and musicians for TFO
  • Receive a complementary ticket to enjoy the concert  – Just be
  • back at intermission at the table if you are a recruiter.
