We had a fantastic turnout for our Annual Meeting on May 15th. The evening was marked by the presentation of our donation to TFO in the amount of $115,000, which was graciously received by Carla Corvo, TFO Development Director.
The Annual Meeting is the time for us to present and swear in the new slate of officers for the upcoming year. The officers for the 2025-2026 year are

Corresponding Secretary – Jeanine Oliver
We used this meeting to honor very special members Ron & Dale Anderson who will be leaving the area. They have been supporters of TFO and TFONSA since 2004, holding various Board positions and always available to volunteer in many capacities. We watched a slide presentation of their involvement and commitment over the years. We applauded their meatballs, always a highlight at our buffet dinners and shared stories.
Ross Holcomb, TFO’s Associate Principal Trombone, ended our evening with his playing and explanation of his beautiful trombone. We learned about the physical demands required to play this instrument, the Slide and the tones that it produced. We all walked away with a little more appreciation for the artistry required of this instrument.
