Our first meeting of our new season was informative and energetic. Our new Hospitality Team of Bunni and Scott Lefebvre set the tone in shades of blue – from the pumpkins, to the place mats, to the flowers. It was lovely. As always the food was well prepared and well received. We had close to 70 in attendance. Members reconnected and new friendships were formed.
The new President and CEO, Ignacio Barrón Viela welcomed everyone. He shared his vision and thanked us all for our support of The Florida Orchestra. David Bender, TFO Cellist, captivated us with his beautiful artistry on the cello. He shared insights of his life as a cellist. He explained his instrument in great detail. He held everyone’s attention. It was a beautiful night!
